Flat box for the Sky-Watcher 150/750
A 3D-printed flat box, lit by an LED strip, for shooting flats with the Sky-Watcher Explorer 150/750.

How it works
Flats are images of an evenly lit surface, taken through the same optical train as the sky frames. They are used during processing to correct vignetting and dust shadows. The box sits over the front of the tube and provides that even light source using an LED strip.
The box is made of two parts: the body, which holds the LED strip, and a closing piece. The light goes through a diffuser, a semi-transparent white acrylic disc bought at a DIY store, which evens it out.
There is no fastening: point the telescope at the zenith, tube vertical, and simply rest the box on the aperture.
Both parts are printed on a Bambu Lab X1C.
